It's been awhile. Me? I love a sweaty workout. When Big Al and Pa were in TaeKwonDo I really enjoyed kickboxing. After awhile it just got too difficult to get out in the evenings with Pa's schedule fluctuating and a growing family besides.
Most of my longtime readers know that we don't have a tube in Tormville. But I do have to confess that we have been known to play an occasional dvd on our computer. Pa and I enjoy a good based on true story historical flick now and then, and I, of course, enjoy a good *sniff* tearjerker. You should see us sometime. He that can't see alongside me who can't hear. Nose to nose with my old monitor. We were a hoot. The worse my hearing has gotten tho the less we've done that; I think it's been two years now since we've brought home a dvd from the library.
But NOW. Now I have me a big ol' wide screen monitor and speakers with a subwoofer. (Isn't that a stitch? my computer's got a subwoofer)
And I remembered. Somewhere on the basement shelf is a Billy Banks dvd. Billy Banks and I got acquainted after kickboxing was too difficult to get to. So I put on some shorts, pulled the taeBo dvd out of the dungeon and gave this new computers dvd player a whirl. And I didn't even do too badly keeping up.
I think I scared all my neighbor kids who have been knocking on the door
