line the pan with parchment paper and pull it right out with the loaf when you are ready to remove it from the pan. no more sticking.

Seriously, that bread looks so good! Funny thing when looking at your yard sale picture, I noticed the cannisters first. Surprised they didn't go!

Funny you should mention that, but my zucchini bread always sticks on the bottom, too. I'm too lazy to get out the parchment paper and cut it to size.


I cut wax paper to the size of the bottom of the pan and grease that too and it doesn't stick anymore. 35 cups! Wow!

My zucchini bread does that too.


I never have that problem, maybe because I grate the zuchini and then puree it in the blender...the extra moisture? If you are using dark pans, you could lower temp and bake longer; that way it doesn't stick right away because of the heat. Just a few guesses...still looks yummy!
