is, 'how do you have time to blog?'
Probably, I don't. But I think that all of us tend to make time for those things that we enjoy, or at least - we should, don't you think?
I love to write. I always have. I have a box full of journals, notebooks and diaries that began when I was a single digit kid. For the past three years - this has been my journal. I no longer document on paper, with the exception of little notes in my daily planner.
This is it.
The one thing that I've noticed lately, is I feel like my stories and rattlings are stunted. I'm often in a rush to get them out before the little boys wake up, or I'm trying to concentrate while they are yanking on my sleeve.
I don't like to wish time away, but I think it's okay to say that I look forward to a more in depth process when I don't have disturbances. Does that make sense?
I enjoy it.
It gives my day a bit of routine, it's - in a way, therapuetic, and doing it this way connects me to the outside world - and I need that, enjoy that.
Therefore, I make the time for it.
Now if I could just get sit-ups and/or crunches into that same enjoyable/needy category.........

I agree! it gives me a little outlet while I am a stay at home mom. But, yes, sometimes there isn't much time compose my thoughts. My blog gives me a reason to take a few more pictures.

I've been blogging daily since Jan....(my attempt at a 365 blog entries in 08). I have found it to be a great outlet too...and I'm loving the every day thing. It is funny that it seems less a chore, and more of a treat now that I do it every day. Your daily blogging has been a big inspiration...so thanks!!

yup, we can make time for what needs to be done, what we consider important, and what is enjoyable. that's why I tried to stop using "I'm too busy" as an excuse. I decided that when I was saying that, what I was really saying was that the thing I was using it for didn't fit in one of those categories and I just didn't want to say that. :-)

Oh, please, don't stop! Your blogs are always interesting. Every one needs to do things that they enjoy, you only have one life, after all.
