It was such a lovely sunny windy day - I thought I'd get a load on the line.
15 minutes later, it got really really dark
And now it's raining
My clothes are now in the dryer.
15 minutes later - the rain seems to have stopped.
sigh.

Hi Sharyn!
What's the outpost? Is it somewhere in the U.P.?
I have some questions for you about photography. How much of your photography is manual and how much is automatic? I'm just now beginning to experiment with doing more camera settings manual and since I'm going to take pictures for my sister at her wedding next weekend, I am wondering how do it.
My friend Joe that gave me a "lesson" told me some "safe" settings to shoot in for when I don't have the time to do the manual settings.
Also, on a side note,I seem to remember somewhere way back in your blog you mentioned losing a post before it posted. Did that happen because you lost internet connection or because Typepad wasn't working? One thing that I do (because I'm constantly losing internet connection) is while I'm typing, I randomly select all the type/photos by pressing Control + A. Then I copy the selection by pressing Control + C. That way, if everything disappears, I can just paste it all back in its place by pressing Control + V. Sorry if I am giving you advice that you don't need because you've already thought of it. I'll never do it again.
Take care,
Tina

Thanks a lot for making it rain. I went to one soccer game just east of you, and it was sunny at the beginning and then ended in rain. Then, headed to one north of you a few blocks, and it ended with a down pour. Better keep and eye on you clothes lines. They might just disappear.
