This is Nash

IMG_2845

I'm totally procrastinating on that applesauce making.
To peel or not to peel
To buy a food mill, or not buy a food mill

It's easier to just look at photos.  I have a lot to go thru, afterall
If you remember (if you read everything I post),
you'll know that I had a newborn baby shoot on Friday afternoon
Nash is Pa's sister Renee's third son
He's two weeks old

I knew that they were staying at Renee's mother-in-laws
and I knew that Renee's mother-in-law has good props
(she also painted the painting in the picture here)
I also figured, being the third boy in a row - Renee might enjoy a photo shoot instead of another outfit
cuz I'm so original like that

So we squeezed it in - I got some good ones, I'll share more later
But this one tickles me.

Also worthy of note - Renee's mil was moving this weekend, so that painting disappeared very shortly after I used it here.  Phew.  I think it totally makes the picture, don't you?

FABULOUS photo!

You don't need a food mill.......I use a colander and a potatoe masher! And, I don't peel - all that stays in the colander.

Off to work at the bowling alley today....

I love it. love it. love it.

Sharyn, your photos are getting more and more beautiful by the shot. I just love them. I need to pick your brain a bit, mind if I email you?

ooh i adore the chair.
Nash is pretty cool too.

marvelous photo! i just want to snuggle that little fella!

Very nice!

This is super cute, Sharyn!

Cool chair/photo combo and adorable baby. I never peel for applesauce. Too much bother for what benefit? I have a cone-shaped strainer on a stand and a wooden masher for making mine, but the colander and potato masher is the same exact idea.

That photo is adorable, Sharyn. But I can't help stating the obvious: I hope you were shooting fast, because angel baby doesn't have a diaper on, and that's a really nice armchair . . . .

I was shooting fast - I was definitely worried! LOL We managed without any unfortunate incidents. Phew!

That painting is killer! I love it. As for the peels, I never peel. I love that it's applesauce season. MMMMMMMmmmmmm!

That is one Loooong 2 weeker!!

Love the photo. So glad I stopped here. Never peeling again!!

Looks like a little twist of Picaso & Anne Geddes together. I can soooo see Rene just loving this picture, so her.

it's like a modern (a.k.a. much better) version of Anne Geddes. I like!

Darling!

Getting caught up here... You're the posting queen, so I always need a bit of time to catch up on all your posts! This is an awesome shot (actually, I saw it over my husband's shoulder a while back, in passing). I hadn't realized that Phyllis was an artist. - I love this painting!
