The kid's are threatening to throw away my reading material.
Yesterday I read to them, Did you know that a red bell pepper is the top source of Vitamin C, that it has over twice as much as an ORANGE! Which resulted in us picking up a bagfull last night in our 'stock up now because we're down to one vehicle again run'. (don't ask)
Which resulted in me putting a few slices in each of their lunches today. Which resulted in groans.
But eat them they will.
Since I still feel crunky, and Wendy woke up complaining about her throat, and Brian came home with a note saying that someone in his class has viral gastroentritis, and their elementary had 50 kids absent with bugs on Friday and NW elementary had 75 kids out.
Eat Red Bell Peppers they will. And Oranges. And Vitamin C tablets.
They will
They will
They will.

veggies go better with a little dip too. worked for my kids so well that they often ate veggies & dip instead of chips and dip!
I won't mention that #$%&# Jeep either....so sorry for the frustrations. Hope it is something minor!

I was bummed Aldi's was closed by the time we got out last night. I prefer to buy our milk from there.

You might consider zinc too. I've done Zicam for the past two years as soon as I feel a cold coming on and haven't gotten a full blown cold yet. I hear a lot about zinc and illnesses...

Zicam or Airborne -- they both work magic on me!
