I woke up this morning and ran another 5K. (I use the word 'ran' very loosely. It's more of a jog/fast walk/jog/fast walk rotation)
I did this one on my own - using the map I had conveniently routed right past my house for our Girls on the Run's mock 5K
I haven't done much in the way of running or walking since I ran the 5K two weeks ago, but I did manage to shave exactly one minute off my time.
5/22/2011 - 39 minutes
6/4/2011 - 38 minutes (12/12/14)
My goal is to get it under 30 minutes by the end of summer
