Our O'Brian is 7 today. He's wearing his green - so don't pinch him
These are the cupcakes he brought to school. Next birthday I'm ordering fun cupcake liners - I checked several stores and couldn't find anything in a nice bright whimiscal non St. Patrick's Day themed green.
This is my 'something I ate' photo. I've taken a lot of the photo assignments - again, just need a moment to organize and share
The cupcake recipe was from the BHG Cupcake special edition that I picked up at Costco on Wednesday.
I woke up this morning and biked 9 miles. I've not stopped since - this morning feels busy and rushed
The kids never get tired of waking up to green milk on St. Patricks Day.
Greg is in Chicago - again, but should be home this evening.
The teenager is also working today. This looks like a good early spring for his landscaping hours.
Uncle George came over last night and played guitar for us for a couple hours. It was good.
I refused to make leaded coffee though as it makes it harder for me to sleep when Greg is gone - so I was glad to get a text that George made it home safely on my weak unleaded coffee.
I slept well.
I have so many posts to share, I'm only looking for time to post and share them
If I thought last week was busy, that's only because I'm avoiding looking at next week.
Does anyone know if they do on the spot blade sharpening at the rink? I found Wendy's skates - but they need sharpening for sure.
It's supposed to be 77 today. Is that insane, or what? My lilac bushes are filled with buds. All four of them.
Our dinner to Red Robin for Brian's birthday went well, although I swear we have a knack for getting the in training waitresses.
That's all I have time for right now....... more this evening.
Happy Saturday!
