Good morning and welcome to this month's Studio AE Blog Hop!!
My kids are on spring break this week, so I thought it would be a fun time to flash back to spring break 2011 wherein the highlight was a trip through the local car wash. I don't know if we'll be able to top that this year but no worries - I'm already making plans and reservations to blow both years out of the water in 2013. In fact, I think it's safe to say that spring break 2013 might warrant a 2-page layout!
But back to this layout, the design of which was created using Shimelle's most recent Starting Point.
Technique Tuesday's Hello Routine is working out well for my daily layouts, my spring break layouts AND my Project Life (Week 13 is complete - will post tonight or tomorrow). I'm also totally using several of them in my Week in the Life album set for later this month. For this layout I stamped it with my Jenni Bowlin Spice Tin ink and then cut and adhered it to my journaling card.
Just for fun, I used the same 'just the way it goes' stamp to stamp the ruffle like border - stamping along the very edge of some white cardstock and then trimming out.
My Spring Break title was stamped using Start Me Up Main Street. This is my go-to alphabet set.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Be sure to check the blogs of all taking part in today's Blog Hop:

You don't need to leave a comment on all the blogs to be eligible to win. But the more comments you leave, the more chances you have to win. All comments must be made by midnight PST on April 13th.
Tune into the Technique Tuesday blog on April 14th to see if you are one of the lucky winners.
