Good Morning! Happy Tuesday!
The weeks, they go quickly in the summertime I'm finding. Here we go back to week 30 - a week when we were kidless here at home with our kids gone to Minnesota, and the week that my sister arrived with her two boys.
It was also the week I traveled to Minnesota to pick up the kids. In the upper left corner I cut a piece of Greta and Jonathan's wedding invitation. In the space below - I left a post-it note boldy declaring that I'm hoping for one of those photo thank you's that are the trend these day (best trend ever) to put in that spot. If not, I'll wrangle a photo from Uncle George somehow.
In the other slots - some hay bales that Wendy couldn't resist photographing on our way to St. Cloud, more ballooning, and the boys in the pool.
On the right side, a few shots of our houseguests, a scene from our road trip out to Minnesota and that poor girl who had lice. I decided to include the box in one slot because when we were kids all the moms used Kwell. Kwell is no longer available over the counter and it seems from everything I've experienced and have been reading, that the lice are becoming immune to a lot of the current treatments - just like any other bug. So years from now we'll be trying to remember what we used on our kids and I'll flip through this album and get all sorts of "Ah-HA! - I Remember!!"
Week 31
The kids back at home - a trip to the museum, air soft hockey wars, a bulk size box of crackers and a lazy Sunday evening around the fire cooking miniature marshmallows.
Right side: More ballooning - this time the pictures are from the sky, two little goobers sharing a chair at the gardens, Wendy writing song lyrics - one of her favorite things to do, and Wendy performing her job walking duties. After five years of her brother walking these dogs - the leashes have been officially passed to Wendy.
Now to finish week 32.
Happy Tuesday!
As for today - I'm hoping for the rain to clear so I can get some clothes on the line.
Allan is working.
Greg is enjoying his week off.
Allan has dentist
Wendy has middle school immunization updates.
We're picking up the couch (the 19 year old couch went on the curb yesterday)
And that should do it.
be good!

Love your project life posts! So much good stuff, crammed into a page without looking crammed! And those crackers you bought for your dad, MY FAVORITE crackers. I used to order them in bulk from my employment. However, I really don't need to be eating quite that many crackers. So.... I do without. They are yummy!

I so enjoyed this post!
And, um...whenever someone says,"don't ask," I find it verrrrrry difficult not to ask. So I'm not asking. Exactly.
