Yesterday morning at 7am Wendy came creeping into our room. Mom! Dad! I went downstairs because I saw a strange light and it was grandma! (She was on her laptop) And there are presents!!! And a guitar!!!
It took her about 20 minutes to get her brothers awake and downstairs, took about two minutes to level the living room and it'll take me all day today plus some to pull things back together.
Today I begin the clean up. I know I said I'd crash today and put my feet up, but things have come up over the last week that have put me right back into I better take care of it today because I'm not sure what tomorrow will bring mode.
That's life.
I enjoyed a long nap yesterday after church and dinner. That was good.
Greg left early this morning for his work trip to Kentucky - beating the snow out of town. He took the scoop and shovels out of the rafters before he went, so we're prepared for this afternoon's expected snow fall.
Time to get crackin'.
