Confession: When life got crazy busy last fall, my Project Life album came to a screeching halt. BUT. It wasn't just the fact that life got busy that stopped me in my tracks, but the fact that I had filled my album and had to work really really really hard to come to terms with the fact that Project Life takes two albums per year. Ugh. So now, with life settled down a little bit - I've begun to play catch up. My two albums arrived yesterday (LOVE Amazon Prime) so I pulled 2012 out of my box album and assorted stashing places and began filing them in. Now to fill in the rest and begin 2013.

Key Lime Albums
Chili Powder

Overall, yesterday was a productive day.
There's no doubt in my mind that my dad's death has me in organizing overdrive. I've purged the filing cabinets, I'm (working on) minimizing, yesterday I got the taxes done (a new record) and last evening we updated our own insurance policies. We hadn't looked at our policies since we first took them out in 1995 - time flies. We definitely had updating to do. Turns out there's a box to check for ballooning.
Who knew. Totally worth it though.
This morning I have two plans in my head. One for if I work, one for if I don't. We'll see which one gets done.
Tonight - Science Fair.
Even just the words science fair bring me right back to elementary school, and trying to build a radio in our basement. I don't remember that working real well.
be good.
stay warm.

My favorite year was the one when all the kids were done with science fair.

You should be a personal organizing coach or something. Compared to you I spend far too much time dilly-dallying around and far too little time getting projects done. Just hearing about your progress makes me want to compete!
