moments ago.
me, texting neighbor: Whoa....what's up with THAT?
neighbor: I know, I saw it too!
neighbor: now she won't go in!
now it had moved beyond my line of vision. GAH! I AM Ethel's grand daughter. I headed up the steps, and banged on the door of Wendy's room, the base for the best new line of site on the situation.
Wendy, as she let me in and I boogied straight to the window: What are you doing?
Me: Spying
Wendy: ooooh, can I spy too?
Me: Totally (once I had seen that there was no longer anything to spy on, since it involved one of her peers)
Wendy craned over my shoulder: What are we spying on?
Me, faking disgusted: Some spy YOU make.
me, texting neighbor: did she go in?
neighbor: looks like.
Guaranteed if it was summer and the window's were open, we'd be hearing the rest of the story about now.

Apparently I am Lucy's granddaughter, because I NEED to know what on earth you saw! :)
