Brian was having a rough morning - but nothing a little ice-cream delivered to the window wouldn't cure.  I let him choose whatever he wanted - doing my best to sway him over to the wild berry yogurt.

But he's stubborn.  He wanted something in brown.
Chocolate marshmallow, to be precise.  He must have his auntie Terri's taste buds.

Brian says....

Somewhere on this truck is one box of push-ups.  Brian says, don't even think about returning to our door until it's found.....

The baby is sucking my brains out

And all I can do is laugh

So..the Schwann's dude came again today.  New guy.  The other guy used to come every other Monday.  The new guy was scheduled to come every 3 weeks - so technically he wasn't supposed to be here until the 22nd, but apparently a lot of hardcore Schwann order'ers were upset so he's back to coming every two weeks.

When he explained this to me, I responded...no lie
"Will that be every other Thursday then, or every 14 days?"
At which point we both looked at each other with a confused daze.  He was trying to make sense of what I said, and me...I was starting to see thru the fog that is motherhood and I realized something didn't ring quite right.

And I laughed
and I laughed
and the tears rolled down my face from laughing so hard
He gave a little wave and a smile that bordered on concern
and he pulled the door shut gently behind him

Yeah, so....
The Schwann's man came to the door with my Wildberry Yogurt fix.  And, as usual...I forgot to preorder.  I don't get much anyway (frugal/practical me) but we do enjoy their salmon and a few other things now and then. 

And, well, the weather today is wretched so I invited him in while I quickly compiled a small order.  I sat down right there on the steps - just a couple feet from our bear.

Our bear (who was not carved by Pa Torm) who - unbeknownst to me is wearing a slip - not mine, I swear, for headgear. 

And I failed to notice this until after the Schwann's dude left.
