You think?
yeah...so I am. But look at the little cranky thing...he's so tiny up there!!!
aaaah.
To his credit...he's not fallen once. He'll fall as soon as I move the landing pad...I'm sure of it. That's my BABY!!!!
My baby has a raging double ear infection. So...I apologized to him this morning for having called him a cranky thing all week. Truth is...he was/is. I thought it was his teeth. *sigh* Kids need manuals or red flashing lights or SOMETHING!!!
So...he missed his second party. On the way out the door and realized he had a fever. That was Monday night. Everyone partied without me and the birthday boy...we fell asleep on the couch at 8:00. Started him on drugs yesterday...hoping that he'll by up to laying down in his crib again tonight.
This evening...I'm having Greg's people over for dinner. We have no food, Brian has no patience, and my house is a mess. Wish me luck!!
be good!
Good luck ;)
and.....at least you have carpeting on those stairs LOL! We don't and I still freak with my kids (all 3.....ages 3.5-13 LOL) on the stairs :P
Hope he feels better!!!

Your house is NOT a mess. I see sparkling clean floors in BOTH those pictures. Makes me want new carpet.
(Can you believe it? I checked your blog like EIGHT times yesterday. The guilt thing totally worked. Your poor children...) :)

Oh. that is so hard. I always wanted an otoscope so I could see down in those tiny ears.....thank goodness for antibiotics! Hang in there....and I think the landing pad is great!

I like your landing pad MUCH better than the baby gates we put up! I think it almost looks INVITING! My little Livvy Kneivel would have seen that pile-o-softness as a sure invitation at the same age! ha!

I will be the same way, once little piper starts to actually move!

Baaaahahahaha I LOVE those photos!!! OMG... that could TOTALLY be me!!!! LOL Sharyn!!!! You ROCK!!!!... I have this idea about learning the reality of the stairs right away and we never did have baby gates - but OTOH reality doesn't need to hurt THAT bad, right... OMG I am rolling over here :b
