Wishing we were camping too!
We've got similiar weather and it looks like it will be for a while! No plans for camping right now though :P

hey! I have the previous version of that scanner the 4200F. I was keeping my mouth shut with the advice though because I didn't want you to end up with a sub-woofer on your scanner :) My oldest was up all night with a fever and sore throat. Neil just took him to the doctor. And Looking forward to that photo!

We are off in about 20 minutes for our second camping trip of the season. Should be a blast we are camping with 2 other familys in Indiana at a park with 3 pools, a lake and a water park pad. Sorry to rub it in. I'll think of you as I sip my java and await my eggs and bacon tomorrow! Happy 4th Shayrn. PS can't wait to see the shots Julie captured. I am going to tell her she has to scrap them for a DT assignment. LOL. Seriously!

"I can't help but think, man...I wish I was camping right now."

You ought to read my blog post from June 28. I also had camping on my mind, lol, only mine is a story about a traumatic camping experience. Couldn't help but laugh when I read your words (above).

I've been taking photos of my layouts; the quality of the image is fine, but I don't like the distortion. I've tried scanning and stitching twice but it was a time-consuming process, I didn't get a finished result, and finally returned to the photos. Is there a simple process to scanning your layouts? Most of mine are 12x12 -- does your new scanner have a bigger bed so you don't have to stitch images together? Or do you have a simple process for stitching? I use (and not very well) Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 -- I have 5.0 in the house but haven't loaded it yet.
