Gooooooooooooooooood Morning! And Welcome to the first-ever Technique Tuesday Studio AE Blog Hop!
The Studio AE team has joined up with Ali Ewards to share some projects we've created with the April Studio AE stamp set called, "It's in the Details by Ali Edwards."
The set includes thirteen clear stamps, and I've been enjoying using them for both scrapbook pages and cards. This set ships to Studio AE members between the 10th and the 15th. The set is also available to non-subscribers for a limited time through the Technique Tuesday website and through some retailers.
I used the set to create my album cover in the above photo. I'm feeling so on the ball because it's the album I'll use for Ali's Week in the Life project slated for July 25th - July 31st. I'll change the photo to something pertinent to that week when the time comes, but for now - that photo makes me smile. It's from a previous daily project.
For the word 'LIFE', I paperpieced using the Newsprint paper from Bella Road. I decided to leave the word 'Details' blank.
eta: The postage border is from the FUNdamental Postage Frames. They are great fun!
I bound the album with ribbon, for now - and included enough pages for my week. I'll do a bit more prep work on this over the next month so it'll be all ready for that week in July. (The cover measures 9-1/2 x 12 and the pages are 8-1/2 x 11)
I'm so glad you stopped by! Please make sure to check out Ali's and the rest of the Technique Tuesday Studio AE team members taking part in today's blog hop for some more great creative inspiration!
Leave a comment on one or all of our blogs by Midnight PST on April 12th. We'll pick two people from all the comments received to receive the You Always Know by Ali Edwards stamp set from Technique Tuesay. The more blogs you comment on, the better chance you have to win! Someone has to win - it could be you!
The winners will be announce on the Technique Tuesday Facebook page on April 13th, so be sure to check it out!
Happy Sunday! Our forecast tells me 81 degrees for this afternoon. I'm gonna catch me some rays!!
be good!
I love the Week in the Life Project and I think it is extra smart to prepare now. I enjoyed your cover.
