A ballooning funny

I almost didn't make it to tonight's launch, and when I got there - I had two shoeless boys in tow, but I made it in a nick of time. 

Because I got there late, I didn't see the test balloon go up, and wasn't sure which way the balloons were going to head. Denny was the first of the three up in the air - and I quickly lost him. The only thing I could figure is that he went just over the tree line, or was directly behind the other balloon. Baffled, I finally gave up wondering and asked Laura, one of the crew, "which way did he go?"  

She pointed straight up 

"He's right there" she said, "There's no wind" 

ha. 
Never dawned on me to look there.

I didn't see you at his landing;) I was at Kohl's and there he was in the parking lot!
