Goooood Morning! Happy Monday!!!
Welcome to the "Blooming" Technique Tuesday blog hop. The Stamping Techs are blog hopping again, and this month we are sharing projects we have made using Technique Tuesday's newest flower stamps. You can find them all in the Nature section of the Technique Tuesday website.
I decided to go with the Delightful Daffodil set for my hop project. My daffodils are all blooming this week, so I was inspired.
One thing I like to do when I open a new stamp set is to monkey with it and try out a few different techniques and/or colors.
For this first card, I stamped the daffodil with my Nick Bantock Chrome Yellow ink onto white cardstock. I love the clean crisp feel.
For this next one, I stamped the daffodil onto some yellow striped patterned paper. A completely different mood and feel, but I love it just as much.
And then for the THIRD one - I stamped the daffodil with my silver metallic pigment and then matted my image onto some silver metallic paper. I have a lot of weddings coming up on the calendar, and I think this card could easily pass as a wedding card. The embossed cardstock base was from a premade blank set - I scored well at garage sales last summer!
Three moods, all very functional. I can't wait to play with the next set!
Be sure to take the time to check out all the blogs of everyone taking part in today's blog hop:

What a great set of cards. Love how they are all so different. I think the second is my favorite. I love how that soft pattern you stamped on works with the black. Thanks!

Well done! My favorite kind of stamp showcase is what you did here--same stamp/different moods and looks! My daffodils are up too! Thanks for the inspiration!

I LOVE seeing one stamp be used different ways!! And I love that you used basically the same layout and it's not really "technique-y". I don't have to go out and buy those 10 supplies to make it happen too! I would never have thought of the silver for weddings but it's beautiful. The ruffle-y edges of the daffodil feel like ruffles for a fancy gown. Very inspiring! Thank you!
