We sold the van last night on short notice. I was trying to get one last picture of it for my Project Life but I was running late for volleyball, trying to find the title, trying to scramble for dinner all at once. This was the best I could do - couldn't even take time to move the bike.
We sold it for the same price that the dealer was going to give us and if all goes well, it'll be headed out to North Dakota in two weeks. The buyer was fully aware of the quirks, and with a few dollars spent on fixing the fuel line, there's a good possibility that he can still get another 50-100 + thousand miles out of it. Most everything else on it was new.
There are still a few other North Dakota bound guys looking for vans if anyone is selling. They work out there for the summer, take the seats out and live in their vehicles.
For now, I'm borrowing a car until we get a call that our new van is ready.
Never a dull moment, right?
well when you decide to do something you son't waste any time :) I hope your new van is ready soon!!

I'm glad that both you and the new owner of that van are pumped up for the deal! That car does look like it still has a lot of vim and vigor within it. Once the fuel line issue has been fixed, there's no doubt that it would be secure transportation for a long while, with care.

Excellent deal! You were able to sell your van at the price you wanted. I’m pretty sure the buyer really liked your car. After all, he bought it right away. By the way, it’s been 5 months since the last time you posted a picture of this van. Were you able to get your new van? Can you please post pictures of your new van?
