layout made using Technique Tuesday's April Studio AE - Favorite Circles
As this post posts, we should be piling into our van and heading home from our Easter weekend in Minnesota. Fingers crossed. I'll do a trip post on Tuesday after I get the quick weekend/road hum out of my head.
So - as for March? Whew...that one wore me out. They just keep getting busier.
- Made it to the gym 9 times. Not as many as I wanted, but schedules and being sick took its toll.
- Had exactly ONE week day off - Monday the 11th. And that one I asked for off to go shopping with my mom.
- My mom stayed at our house for seven nights. It was great, even if she did get sick.
- Conferences. Both the little boys are doing excellent.
- Brian had his art class - loved it, signed both the boys up for a summer art camp.
- Finally in our new church - attended the first services, and made it to the first wedding.
- Mark finished swimming classes - he'll repeat the Lion Fish level this summer where he'll work on straightening his legs. He nailed it but for that.
- Wendy started volleyball.
- Everyone had a bug of some sort at some time during the month. Gotta love the changing seasons.
- Played Calvinball. Let the others win.
And now April. I keep thinking it'll slow down, but that - folks - is just hope. Hope keeps us moving forward.
- Happening: Wendy will get her braces off
- Happening: Working at least four days so far.
- Has to happen: Allan's senior pictures. We're working on an outfit for my diehard t-shirt wearer.
- Volleyball games start
- Brian - soccer starts
- Mark - baseball starts
- Greg - continuing some serious overtime with trips to Kentucky in the mix
- Goal: Don't let more than two days go between making it to the gym
- (I do like the gym)
- Keep treading water.
- Happening: some serious spring cleaning. Now that large junk pick up is every two years instead of every year, we have some MAJOR stuff to get out of here, especially knowing that we can't do it again for until 2015. I'm going to rip up some carpet, rip out the dishwasher, throw out the small couch...... sometime in April. Really.
- Happening: Listing new golf ball carvings
That should do it.
be good! 'see' you tomorrow!
