This year's santa carving is complete and in the house. 
I smile every time I see him.

Gearing up for another full day. I ended up working a long shift yesterday and am doing so again today with Brian's concert/Winterfest being this evening. 

Greg's trip for *this* weekend has been canceled, but he'll still be working all day tomorrow in town. We're thankful that he'll be home for the Sunday School program on Sunday, even though his schedule before and after Christmas is heavier due to the cancelation. Give and take. 

Made it to the ENT yesterday afternoon - and my infection is cleared up, the tube in my left ear is officially out (he pulled it out in the office) (the right one is still in) and the only solution for hearing in that ear is to put another tube back in, even though the one that was in there was worthless for the last year and a half. I said I'd think about it. For now I'm just going to appreciate finally having an ear that doesn't itch like crazy (I think I was allergic to the tube - which is why I'm hesitant to try it again so soon) and an easy way of dealing with my husband's ridiculous snoring. 

It's all good.
